Liz Spada is the Vice President of Total Rewards and HR Operations at GoDaddy, where she leads a global organization for the past 3.5 years. In her role, she oversees the company’s comprehensive Total Rewards strategy, HR Technology, HR Operations, Global Mobility, and People Analytics, driving programs that enhance employee experience, maximize retenion and support business growth around the world.

With a career spanning several leading technology and financial services companies, Liz has held senior Total Rewards and HR leadership roles at Nuance, Pegasystems, Avid Technology, Lotus Development, Bank of America, and IBM. Earlier in her career, she served as an Executive Compensation Consultant advising high‑tech organizations and Compensation Committees on compensation strategy and governance.

Liz is also deeply engaged in the professional community and currently serves as President of the New England Compensation Consortium (NECC), an affiliate of WorldatWork, where she helps advance the discipline of compensation and total rewards across the region.  Liz lives in Newburyport Massachusetts with her husband and is happy to have her grown kids living close by.  She is very passionate about wellness in her job and personal life and is obsessed with running, walking every day and skiing.
